Unerased — Support

Before you write

• Stop using the card or drive. Every new file can overwrite what you want back.
• Unerased only scans SD cards and USB drives you plug in. It cannot recover files from your phone's internal storage. No app can without root.
• Your drive doesn't show up? Use a USB-C card reader or an OTG adapter, and accept Android's permission prompt when it appears. Some phones need OTG turned on in Settings.
• Nothing found? That is an honest result: the files may have been overwritten, or the drive may have been fully formatted rather than quick-formatted.
• A file is labelled partial or unlikely? Parts of it were probably overwritten or stored in pieces. Its preview shows what can be decoded.

Purchases

Pro is a one-time unlock, bought through Google Play. To restore it on a new phone, use the same Google account and tap Restore purchases on the unlock screen or in Settings. Refunds are handled by Google Play.
